Jimmy Fallon Cuts Ties with Mariah Carey’s Ex-Husband Following Mention in Epstein Documents

According to CinemaDrame News Agency, Jimmy Fallon has ended a business collaboration with Tommy Mottola after Mottola’s name appeared in the case files related to Jeffrey Epstein. Page Six reports that the host of The Tonight Show had been set to partner with Mottola on the production of a pasta sauce.

Mottola, the former CEO of Sony Music Entertainment and the ex-husband of Mariah Carey, was reportedly mentioned multiple times in the Epstein documents. One source told the outlet: “No one wants to be within 50 feet of anyone whose name appears in the Epstein documents.”

Mottola’s emails reportedly show that he met with Epstein several times in New York’s Upper East Side years after Epstein had been accused of committing sex crimes in Florida. The correspondence indicates that he remained in contact with the convicted sex trafficker from 2010 to 2019.

In one 2012 email, Lesley Groff, Epstein’s assistant, wrote: “Did Tommy Mottola come this morning? Just want to know.” Between 2010 and 2018, she allegedly asked Epstein on several occasions: “Please call Tommy Mottola.”

The documents further indicate that Mottola and Epstein exchanged gifts. Mottola served as CEO of Sony Music Entertainment from 1988 to 2003 and married Mariah Carey in 1993. The couple separated five years later.
